Delivery Policy

As each order is bespoke and HAND-CRAFTED it will take a little time and a lot of love to make your item. Please allow us 21 working days for a plain ring and 30 working days for an enamelled ring. Hand cut seal rings can take up to 60 working days. Our jewellery really is not mass produced and is of the highest quality available in our craft.

1.     We will require full payment before processing your order. All prices will be in GBP (£).

2.     Deliveries will be made from Cad-man (UK) Limited, The Goldsmiths Center, 42 Britton Street, London EC1M 5AD.

3.     There will be no additional delivery charges for deliveries to the UK and Channel Islands. Please contact us to discuss delivery options for delivery outside of the UK and Channel Islands.

4.     Our products will be delivered during normal business hours and will require a signature upon delivery.

5.     Orders paid for by credit card must be delivered to the card billing address. Orders paid for by debit card may be delivered to an address which is different to the billing address.
