Warranty

This warranty does not alter your legal rights

We offer a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

you will need to provide proof of purchase for a warranty claim.

in the event that we are unable to repair your item then we will offer an exchange

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover loss, inappropriate use.normal wear, careless action ,accidental damage nor aging.

Ring resizing

  1. If your ring requires resizing we will do this for you free of charge if returned to us within 28 days. This is subject to our returns policy below

  2. Further resizes are chargeable at £60.00

  3. We are unable to resize a ring with vitreous enamel or that are stone set you will need to try the ring during manufacture.

Unwanted

  1. Bespoke items that have been made to your own specifications may not be exchanged or returned

  2. If you are disappointed with your purchase, you can return your jewellery to us within 30 days of receipt of delivery. This is subject to our returns policy below

  3. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card as soon as possible.This will be a full refund minus the cost of shipping,customs duty or sales taxes

You must return the goods at your own expense

you are responsible for the goods until the received at the Goldsmiths Center Therefore we recommend that you use a delivery service that covers the value of the goods by insurance , is trackable and has to be signed for on delivery.
